TrendGen is a content trend analysis and video production platform. It helps users analyze social media trends, generate scripts, produce short videos, and publish them to their own connected social media accounts.

You may connect your YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram accounts. TrendGen publishes content to these accounts only at your explicit request. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
You agree not to use the Service to publish illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or to violate the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant TrendGen the limited rights necessary to process and publish your content on your behalf.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendGen is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
